How do you C-walk?

I used to do breakdance a lot in high school. Also did some popping, and now I've picked up walking also. If you can't dance in general, don't attempt to c-walk - please. A good friend of mine one year younger got me into the whole scene. He did a lot of popping at first, and then got into c-walking/clowning/hip hop/etc.
