Default I need help with my 6max preflop game! All advice welcomed (long)

Let me start out by saying that i have always been a fullring nit. Since trying to take 'the grind' seriously since Dec, i have withdrawn over $1300 from playing NL25 fullring exclusively. Rakeback makes up about 30% of that amount. Well, in June i decided i would swicth to 6 max in order to open up my game. I am officially hooked, as when i try to play fullring i find it dull and unbearable.

I have about 15k hands logged at NL25 6max and run at about 20/14. While some people say that stats are not bad, i am not happy because i feel like quite often my preflop game is making the later rounds more difficult than i think they should be.

I have been trying to decide on a sort of 'guide' for myself when it comes to preflop action. And while i understand that having a rigid system in place has obvious downsides, i feel like i need a more solid foundation to grow from.

Also, my goal is to find a comfortable low variance rhythem.

Anyway, here goes. I WELCOME ALL CRITISISM!!!

POCKETPAIRS:

I will play PPs from any position. Often limping small PPs UTG and UTG +1. I find that my set often get paid more if they hit when someone else is in position and trying to exploit it.

Open Raise all PP in MP

Suited Connectors:

very rarely will i open limp these. I will open raise TJs+ in any position and normally 67s+ in MP and LP. Sometimes, if UTG or UTG+1 limps, and i am in MP i will also limp 45s-9Ts.

I try not to cold call a raise with anything less than QJs, especially if i have to play OOP. if there is a raise and then a caller, i too will call with 56s+.

3 BETTING:

This is probably my worst area of my preflop game.

How much should my position effect my 3 betting range? I have no problem 3 betting AK or AQo if i am in LP, but it just feels gross to 3 bet AK from the blinds, because i feel like i am obligated to bet or check raise the flop regardless.

Right now my 3 bet range while in position to the better is AQ+, QQ+. Would it hurt to open it up to AJs and TT+ when in position?

I guess i just hate 3 betting OOP, is that too weak?
COLD CALLING:

Should i be cold calling at all with hands like AT - AQ? I almost feel like if i am position i should 3 bet, and if i am OOP i should just fold.

CBETTING:

Lets say i am MP and raise it up with AJo, and the button calls. The flops is KQ2 rainbow, how often should we be leading out against an unknown? I would probably fire 100% of the time if i was in position, and the flop was checked to me.

Anyway, any input is very much appreciated.
Thanks
