There is a plane (Boeing 777, prop plane, whatever) on a moving, conveyor-type runway. The runway moves in the opposite direction of the plane at the exact same speed as the plane's wheels. There is no wind. Can the plane take off?

You beat me to it

I think this is worded poorly, since if the conveyor is moving at the exact same speed as the plane's wheels then it will never move forward relative to the air (which it needs in order to take off) unless there is some kind of slippage. If there is perfect traction between the wheels and the conveyor then either a) the conditions set in the questions can not be met or b) the plane will never take off.
