Wow, I've had nothing but good experiences with Bodog. Last week I was playing a Heads up sng for $50 and my computer re-booted itself (who knows), by the time I finally logged back on I had lost 90% of my chips because it put me into auto fold. When eventually I lost, I called them up, explained what happened and they refunded my money (one time only of course)

That being said, they are also located in CANADA, which means you can understand them (and they are polite), and they answer the phone after ONE ring, every time!!
