Did your parents come up with your and your sisters home down payments, because I'm still trying to figure out how a single person affords a house of the size that would make people ask "How can you afford this house by yourself?"?

Does this town start with a Stamford, cuz that place is just filled with crazy rich people?

No, not Stamford. Orange. Its not a huge house, but is a decent size for a single person. Its not a super rich area either. Yes, our parents helped us both with downpayments, we are very fortunate. I also worked very hard though also to save up too.
