FTP checks are not coming on time -- Why?

ok since sean posted here i will take his word for it that the checks are on the way. again, IF FTP JUST TOLD US THAT FROM THE MOMENT THEY KNEW ALL WOULD BE WELL. i will give check 10 calender days to arrive since yesterday (which apparently is a day after sean found out) if its not here by then i will assume going forward:

A) i was lied to by a FTP rep
B) the rep was lied to, which is also aggravating
C) take 100% of my play to stars
