Megaset will be referred to as MS, small set as SS. SS SS 1 minute Break SS 1 minute break SS 1 minute break MS 1 minute break SS SS SS 1 minute break SS 1 Minute Break MS. It goes on like that. Then I do 25 Pull ups, 3 sets, then do some various other workouts you'll learn in your MA classes. I also run 5 miles on MWF and swim for 1 hour straight on TuThSa.
