Default NL 25: KK preflop...anyone doing toughest laydown in HoldŽem???

Over 100 hands Villain was solid and not too aggressive with 18/12.

Ive been in this spot so many times. A push i INSTA-Call but this Minraise makes me soo suspicious. I feel its Aces in 90 % of the time, but just canŽt lay down the cowboys.

Think Harrington wrote in his book that youŽre going broke with KK vs AA preflop, no matter of betting-patterns or whatever, but i doubt that.
Does anyone have the heart to muck the Kings preflop? If not, which hand could i face i would beat? Do Jacks or Queens do that? No ... AK? IMO no..help me if i should follow my instincts next time or if its just a bad timing??? <font color="black"> </font> <font color="black"> </font>
