After a string of emails to party VIP, I am completely fed up and am Moving full time to stars. If you are interested in reading this for more information on noncongruencies and misinformation within party CS, feel free to read and comment.

This is an insult. I have sent emails all throughout the month to be sure that I would wualify for VIP status. First I was told to generate $1,200 in MGR, I did that. In fact, I generated $1,268 in ring games, and another $70 from SNGs. Next I was told to play 1/2 regularly. I 4-tabled 3/6 all month. Next I was told to earn 9,000 total player points. I earned 9404. Finally, I was told repeatedly to earn 3,600 regular player points. I earned 3605. I did everything you asked of me, and a little more, and still I am denied. I am sorry to say that I wasted the past 4 weeks doing exactly what you asked of me only to get spit in the face.

On top of this, there was not a single non-VIP bonus in all of February. You expect me to increase my play further, on top of what you already told me to play...for nothing?

Starting today, I will be playing full time at Poker Stars. They say that you need 1500 points for gold status, well when you hit 1500 points you are gold status. You need 100,000 for supernova status. I am willing to bet a lot of money than when I hit 100,000 they are not going to turn me away and say that I can not be a supernova. Your status does not depend on the mood of the person that you happen to email. In todays business world your word is a very important thing, and you, VIP support, have strung me along for a month only to tell me that it was all a joke in the end.

Actually it was Serkan who sent me the figure ot 9,000 total points originally (For the record, once again, I had over 9400) That email that he sent is at the bottom of this one. I have also pasted the email from Sinead that said to get 3,600 points. Also, Serkan said 4,000 today because there are 31 Days in march. This equates to 130 points per day. Since february had only 28 days, one would expect to get around 400 points less in february, making 3,600 for that shortened month. While I do feel that 4,000 is a fair goal and I know i will definitely exceed 4,000 over the next few months, 3,600 is at the same rate as a goal for February. Why is it so difficult to get you to honor your word? Also, you said "I am hoping that you will be upgraded too". What does this even mean? Since you set a goal (albeit an ever-changing goal) there is obviously a point at which one must cross to be upgraded, and if he doesnt get to that point he does not get upgraded. Have I not crossed that point? You seem to hope that I have crossed it. I hope so too.

I received no bonuses at all in February as a regular member. None. I understand that you had a lot going on with the new format release and the Acceler-8-tor program. But this was the first time in a very long time that Party Poker did not offer anything to their faithful majority. I am not able to get Rake Back on party poker. I am not getting any bonuses on Party Poker. Party Poker used to have the "fish factor" where you had tons of rookie players on the tables due to your size and advertising, but now even that is gone because at the 3/6 level you have 1,500 blood thirsty VIPs with their 15VPIP. Now you don't even have that anymore. Party Poker has lost it's edge. I am told to reach a threshold, and when I reach it, I am told that it is not good enough (If you look closely at my account, you will see that the last few days of the month my play has reduced greatly because I KNEW I was already at the goal that YOU set for me.) So now, instead of just needing 400 more points, I need 4,000 more! So really, in order to qualify, I need to earn 7,600 points based on what I have been told to do. How am I even to know that in the end of March when I hit my 4,000 points that I won't be told that now I need 4,500? I am not receiving anything to keep my business at party poker, and there are plenty of other sites that are more then willing to compensate me greatly. If you seriously want to answer my questions, answer this: Why should I stay? What is in it for me?
