Dispense KsITN as follows:
- All three players for doing the same dumb things two hands in a row
- The dealer, for twice failing to say (to the all-in at showdown) "One moment please, sir, side pot first"
- The floor, for not pointing out after the first time around that side pots show down first.

The floor's is a gentle one, though, for applying the same bad house rule the same way in both cases. Otherwise, though, you're putting out a hypothetical non-issue. The floor shouldn't prevent the two from splitting the side pot, but can't require them to split it, either. C is SOL. (Normally we might suppose he learns a lesson for next time, but these players clearly won't be learning anything.)
