CIBC Visa's been 100% for me so far. I've used it to start my C2P account, and to make deposits at Ultimate, BetDirect, Party, WillHill and possibly one or two others, I can't recall exactly. They usually charge the $5 cash advance fee, not positive if they caught all of them, but certainly the majority.
