messed up card images in party

twice since the software change i have thought i had a flush and been shocked when the pot was pushed to the other person. upon checking the hand history it has shown that my cards were not suited.

however, the image of the nut flush is burned in my memory. i use the 4 color deck and there is no way i would mistake clubs for diamonds.

1. is there any way to look back at how the hand was viewed on my computer?

2. has this happened to anyone else?
