25NL: BB special: flop trips, river a full house

Villian has been weak tight pre and post flop for the 10+ orbits I have played with him. I call his raise on the flop to see what falls on the turn. Since his turn bet was small, I call. I was going to c/c the river, but I wasn't expecting his push. Do I call?
