well, scotty-win is pretty much an expert at the intarnets and uses l33t jargon, here is how you do it lehmans terms:

go to imageshack.us

click on browse, find the image you want, and click upload.

when the thumbnail (little) picture shows up, click on it.

then it will bring you to a bigger picture.

right click on it, select properties, and copy the url.

come here and type "[image]paste the url here[/image]"
