Default Playing KK Preflop in the Micro NL game

Hey guys I have two questions about this hand I just played. First of all is $2
a correct size reraise or is something like $1-$1.50 better? Second of all, in the microstake game, do u ever fold KK here proflop? With a higher NL game you might be able to say the villian has aces but in micro it could easily be AJ, JJ, 77, ect ppl push crap hands. What do you think, call the all in?
