why do U have to MINIMUM raise preflop????

I hate this. I've been playing alot of pot limit omaha, and the usual no limit holdem cash games. Seems like there's always "THAT GUY" who will minimal raise every single frkn hand preflop. And I do mean EVERY hand. It's so annoying, even if they are small blind or big blind and everyone limps in, ooooh, I think I'll minimum raise just so we can go around one more time. It's pretty annoying and a useless tactic. Might build the pot up, but then someone will usually make a monster reraise and all the limpers don't get a cheap flop and the original minimum raiser usually folds anyways! Stupid shannanigans... if you're going to juice the pot, juice it large, none of this minimal bs. But Alas, you have rights to your stupid moves. This seems to happen more in my pot limit omaha games where all the deadmoney seem to hover to.
