There was a thread in sports a while ago about what a cheap bastard Jordan is.

Jordan and Barkley are golfing, they get their clubs cleaned at the clubhouse; Barkley tosses the kid a $20, Jordan doesn't tip. Barkley says "hey, no tip?" , Jordan says "getting to clean my clubs is his tip".

Having caddied in a group that included Michael Jordan, I can refute the claim that he is a cheap ass. Maybe he just didnt like the kid who was cleaning his clubs??
