As you're soliciting individuals and giving them advice about their legal options, I hope you don't recommend anyone who, like ZeeJustin, was also running an illegal US-based affiliate program (signing up players and taking part in receiving a percentage of the rake generated by their play in an offshore gambling operation - effectively materially taking part in those operations) pursue legal action against Party or do anything to draw attention to their activities. This is something that local, state, or federal officials can easily prosecute people for, and for any high profile affiliates based in the US, it is probably just a matter of time before someone starts looking into them.
