I will add my two cents:

First, why the hell isn't Party, etc, checking EVERY tournament and every table for multiple entries from same IP? To me, this figures to be the simplest and easiest way to catch some cheaters. If they're not even doing this basic query, they probably aren't doing anything 'security'-wise.

Second, some of you guys are missing the point on why _all_ the money in a cheating account needs to be confiscated. It's for punitive and deterance reasons. Otherwise, cheating will have no penalty (positive EV) since one of two things will happen: 1) you win and don't get caught; you get to keep all the money, or 2) you win and get caught; you loose the entry and prize. Think about it.
