Default NL10 - TT facing all-in on two toned flop

I've only been sat at the table for less than an orbit and this hand comes up and I would appreciate a line check from you guys.

With me just sitting down I decided to limp here with TT, should I be raising it up here instead? I was torn between raising and limping and chose the latter. How's my flop raise? I think I'm miles ahead of villain but when he jams I fear a set but I go into the tank and somehow come to the conclusion he's drawing.

What's your play here?
