When you use Sixth Sense to download PartyPoker tables, it gets that information from the Sixth Sense server (pretty much instantly). If you request PokerStars tables, it runs a scan on YOUR PokerStars client, typically takes 1 minutes to scan 60 tables. There's a difference in where the data is coming from and the speed.
