Default Check or bet the river?

Villain is a bit LAG, but seems to make some good decisions post flop. Will call post flop bets with a good draw, even if priced out. Will usually cbet/probe. With the calls on flop and turn, do you jam the river, or check to look like a broken flush draw and induce a steal?
