1) One account uses neteller, another uses firepay, another uses....

2) Transfer the money to your "real" account.

3) Gnome. I've had friends offer to help me defraud the sites in this way... I tell them about the money you can make just from bonus whoring and they offer thier personal details to me in order to create a new gnome. I ran the numbers and decided it wasn't worth the possible penalties. ID theft isn't even really a defined crime here in colorado so an ID thief could make gnomes with abandon (and sell them to poker cheats?).
