I agree with you that online poker in and of itself could be placed under that statute if one were to use the most broad definitions. You and I probably agree that wire fraud is an extremely broad term. I think that it falls into your definition of the statute. There is little doubt that this is some form of theft, however, and any attorney worth his salt could find a credible charge here. This is all a moot point, however, because getting these people to trial would be next to impossible. |
