This is exactly the same as entering 6 different (but identical in terms of entries/buy-in) MTTs, which isn't "more pos EV" in terms of ROI.

Then why aren't they doing just that (single-account entering multiple tournaments at once - across multiple sites if neccessary)? It's not like there's any shortage of online tournaments. Thus, it's clear that the multiple entries are being made with the clear ==intent== to take unfair advantage (i.e., cheat) the poor chumps who can't/won't do this.
