BB and SB play, need help please

Check-raise this flop if the table is aggressive. If they are passive, lead out. When you get called, go ahead and bet the turn about half the time, check half the time. Of course you don't check-raise if it goes bet, call, call, raise or anything like that.

The idea with hands like these from the blinds is to set up future hands when you flop the goods. For example:

Hand A: You have K5 in BB, flop is 235r, you lead out. Turn is a 9, you bet sometimes here, but mostly you're done with this hand so you're checking the turn. Now your opponent will often bet behind and you probably just give up the pot much of the time.

Hand B: you have 64 on the 235r flop. You lead out. You check just about any turn save maybe a paired board. Sometimes your opponent will bet and you can checkraise, especially if you tend to lead flops out of the blinds but give up on the turn with some frequency. Other times he will check behind and you can value bet the river and get some pretty thin calls that you might not have gotten had you just kept leading into it.

Overall, your 85 hand isn't going to win you money on its own, but you should be thinking of playing hands like that in a way that sets up your monsters.
