I play it the same.

I like the flop raise for value, and I like a call on the turn since I no longer think we're ahead. I wouldn't expect an unknown to donk the turn without a hand that beats us (87[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] maybe?), so I'd just call the turn and let the BB contribute another bet.
