Default Full Tilt Poker colluders

The Western Club, in west london, UK, has some sort of affiliate deal with Full Tilt. On saturday night, I saw two people playing the same MTT, albeit 4 computers away from each other and on separate tables. I spoke to the manager, and he said that full tilt have no active security protocols to prevent people playing on the same tables in MTTs, STTs or cash tables, and that there is very little they could do to prevent people playing on the same multis. However, they frown on collusion, and make sure that everyone at the club knows not to do it, and categorically stated 'it doesn't happen here'.

The very next night, I saw two people colluding over 2 cash tables. Not only that, but the same limits and tables that i would be playing, had I not cashed out all my full tilt money. These are shorthanded PLO tables.

I wonder, how many other poker clubs in the world have similar affiliate deals with full tilt. If I saw it happen on the one night I was looking out for it, how often does it happen at the western, how often does it happen at any other clubs, how often are you playing on any cash table on full tilt and having two people collude against you? I've already sent them an extended email about this.

Do with this information what you will.
