As a dealer i think the best course of action is to mention it to the DEaler and to the floor, if the dealer is blatently inexperienced this is. if on the other hand you know the dealer should know this already then make it your business to makes sure somethin is done about it.

happened me once 4 handed in a FT, i raise and a guy calls i put him on AJ+, flop is AJxxx i said on flop i wouldnt put another chip in. i have A8. i check to him, he checks, delaer says wow noone guna buy this one, (i tell dealer to STFU a lil nicer) turn X, i check, he checks dealer calls other guy a pussy or something, river is rag, i check dealers says "you should go all in"...i dwell and call. he flips over AJ... REally pissed with that
