I guess I'm more pessimistic than you sniper, I did not read the neteller statement about the 75 days to issue a plan to imply that all funds were to be returned, simply that some or all might and at that time they would say how an when.... In other words I thought they left themselves wiggle room there....Of course I hope I am wrong.

Neteller doesn't want any of your money... it would be the end for them... remember, they are still doing business with most of the rest of the world...
