what if someone is just born wacked out? they can't help it, they are wired to be a serial killer. how are they scum? they can't help it!

similarly what if you are born with a fetish like you love s&m or something, it's somehow ok? but you could have easily been born with a kiddie porn fetish, and then you'd be a scumbag? i dunno if i buy that
