high stakes poker influence

so, i've already seen a post on seeing this, but i've been wondering for a while, and want to see what people who play in bigger places (la, lv, ac, etc) have to say.

have there been a lot of players been asking to run it twice and things like that at 1/2 nl at the luxor for example? i guess this may have been going on for a while at very high stakes, but just curious how many n00bs are trying to incorporate it into there games thanks to GSN. any noticeable changes? surely someone's seen something ridiculous along these lines by now.
