May be you can do following experiment at Pacific...

As I've written erlier in this thread, "if you go to "More deposit options" on Deposit Pacific page and then chose country of residence as UK then MB will show up as a deposit option and I think it is possible to use it even being in Canada."

So, a proposition for the experiment:

1. to try deposit via MB at Pacific as described above.

2. if a success, to try cashout via MB after. With the help of a help desk, if MB will not show up as cashout option, which is almost for sure.

I would try myself but dont have MB account yet.
