Default Re: What is a \"Good\" BB won per hand from the Big Blind

So i'm looking over stox's new book, page 101 shows a table for BB defense. The numbers given for the player identified as high (i'm assuming stox) are:

put $ in pot 51.12%
win % WSF 38.77
raised 11.15%
went to SD 33.12%
won at SD 56.78%
BB/ Hand -0.2

the other two good players are reported to have values of -0.3 BB/Hand

So my question is am i interpreting these numbers correct are these the BB values given under the position tab in pokertracker.

Am i correct that BB/hand is considering all hands played in the BB.

What do people feel is a good BB/hand value?
The put $ in pot of 51.12% seems higher than what i have seen before.
