PokerStars pop-up, How to make it stop?

Can someone help me out? I recall a while back reading about how to stop pokerstars game windows from poping over all other open (browser) windows when its your time to act.
For me its more of a nuisance than convenience.
(I think there is a download at microsoft but I don't remmember what it was?)
Can someone tell me what I need or refer me to that article please.
