Everyone knew he was the best dunker in the NBA when he was in shape. This is a bad choice, he was never underrated.

who is everyone? as a sonic fan in the mid 90's i barely got to see kemp footage on espn. he got screwed out of a dunk contest.

he has only gotten recognized as an amazing athlete/dunker in the last couple years unfortunatly because of the dbag bill simmons.
