[ QUOTE ]
This is all fine and good. However, it almost seems to me that anyone sending a message to their representatives in Congress is effectively putting himself on a list of people interested in getting the smack laid down on them if/when they decide to crack down on online gambling. [/ QUOTE ] This is pretty absurd. For one, I doubt that they would try to enforce this bill by cracking down on individual users. They will attempt to enforce it at the ISP level. Basically, "Don't allow your users to visit these sites." Plus, it's not like your congressman will compile a list of everyone in favor of online gambling and just hand it off to the cops if this thing passes. |
