? about Poker Tracker Austo Import window

In PokerTracker whenever i open the FTP icon to start auto importing hand i get a message that tells the to check the Move processed files to the following folder whin i close this window what do i put in that space where the files move to.

Also what does this option do, and do most of you have this box checked or unchecked?
