Yeah, do you frequently check flops like this with hands like AQ, KQ, AK, AA, QQ?

[/ QUOTE ]

Prob checking my whole range here tbh. Maybe bet AA

[/ QUOTE ]

Thats a Huge leak

[/ QUOTE ]

Lol why? What do you do with AK, AQ, JJ here? I think checking with all these hands is just fine.

[/ QUOTE ]
I'm betting all of those at least some of the time. I'm betting KK/AA/QQ all the time.

[/ QUOTE ]

Meh, I think bet/call and check are both ok lines. Lol at checking being a huge leak though.

Jay, why 4bet preflop oop and then, as you said. "90% of the time Im checking my entire range". That is missing out on a TON of money everytime you miss the flop, and everytime a worse hand wants to get all in. Then, you also saying u dont want to cbet KK on Qxx - ppl go bust with AQ all day here if you let them.

Your post leads me to believ eyou are playing very passive poker in 3bet pots when you have the initiative. That is a huge leak IMO.

Maybe I misunderstood?

This isn't a 3bet pot, its a 3bet pot where my UTG raise gets minraised by the BB who goes on to call a decent 4bet. Generally people are going to have a very tight range here, and KK does really not fare well vs. someone with a tight range here on this flop if we bet. If you think villains range is wider than I do, fair enough, but I think its pretty tight through my experience.

Also there is a difference between playing really passively in reraised pots and exercising a bit of pot control with marginalish hands.
