Default Re: List of eWallets for Canadians

Cool - I'm in Vancouver so I can sign up for Coast Capital too. Now do you have a US$ bank (credit union) account at Coast Capital?

Wow, if you could link a US$ account in Canada and transfer US$ to MB and the like that would be gold. Please do let us know how it goes. I'm all excited now as there is a coast capital 3 blocks from where I work!

As for linking up the bank - I'm not sure if it constitutes a wire transfer, if so, TD charges $30-$80 per wire transfer according to their webapage - which seems like a large amount unless you're got a fair sized roll.

This wouldn't surprise me. However, I've just finished picking myself off the floor after my phone conversation with my credit union (Coast Capital). I carefully explained that I wanted to transfer less than $100 to a bank in Germany. She said the fee would be...wait for it...wait for it...NOTHING! Now, we'll see what they say tomorrow when I show up in my branch with my banking info...hopefully the same thing.
