I'd believe The Palms gets more slot and table game action from poker players waiting for seats than the rooms that don't make an effort to let you play while you wait.

I stayed at the Wynn this past weekend, and they do have pagers. If you leave your buyin with the brush, they will lock up your seat and page you when you are up.
