I've never understood why people like to raise hands like 22-66 in the ~15 BB range from LP, if it isn't a spot where they would be raising any 2 to steal the blinds, and they can't call a shove.

I'd rather raise a suited connector, or even something like Q8o than one of these hands in this blind range (not that I necessarily would).

People really overvalue Pocket pairs and Ax. Because they have pairs and have ace high. The any two is an exaggeration because people will still call a lot ,but your point is valid.
In the example you gave I would never fold. Whether I limped or raised t250 would depend on the blinds. Also I would sometimes openshove, but that depends on a lot of stuff.
