I've still been waiting over week to find out what is going on with my Epassporte account. It was deleted a week ago for no reason that I know of and I have been completely ignored in the meantime. I've sent several emails to several different adresses hoping to get some kind of reply to figure out what the heck is going on but I've received nothing. I talked to support a week ago on the phone and they said my account would be fixed immediately but all they did was delete my account a few days later. What the [censored] am I supposed to do?
