I usually knock out 4 sets of 25 push ups every hour during my poker sessions. My sessions are about 3-4 hours usually, so I do about 3-400 push ups a day.
I am in average shape and never work out, and this is relatively easy for me, and yes I do use proper form. With that said, I think that 1000 push ups a day is reasonable, if you have the time and just the dedication to making yourself do them. |
