UPDATE- Per my lawyers request the arraingment was post-poned till May 8th. My lawyer wanted 2 months before entering a plea. Reasons why he took this approach.

1) Wants to review all reports and have strong argument when he pleads not guilty

2) Wants to get full service records for the arresting officers and wants to get calibration reports for the machine

3) Believes that after two months, the story of the CHP officers (who make several stops a night) might begin to change and contradict the actual events [making their statments easier to impeach]

4) With a two month delay there is always a chance that important paper-work will be over-looked, miss-filed, lost, et. al. and would result in an immediate dismal at arraignment.

this lawyer seems like he's on it.
