Then he'd be a tremendous douchebag. But he WASN'T involved in an accident. He DIDN'T hurt anyone.

If you are going to use the logic, "Drunk drivers are douchebags because they MIGHT HAVE killed someone," then aren't ALL drivers douchebags, by definition?
