[ QUOTE ]
WOW, do any of your have any business sense? First off all, 150/hour is about $250,000 a year. Any business person pulling down that kind of money is going to be answering cell calls while he's on vacation in Hawaii. In other words, in the business world, if you want to be making a couple hundred grand a year, you sure as hell better be giving your customers A+++ attention. [/ QUOTE ] This is just so incredibly not true. I think it's ridiculous to expect snowbank to be answering phone calls and keeping a really strict schedule just for his students. The online poker community is really informal, and it's pretty common for people to just sort of get things done whenever they both happen to be online. That said, when he's really busy he should make specific time for students. He definitely shouldn't keep giving them vague responses like "sometime later today or tomorrow" and then not actually doing it--especially if he's got students who are as obsessive as it sounds like OP was. |
