It's hard to conclude otherwise with the given knowledge.

Now it's personal, as I am sure that snowbank is sort of pissed that he has been trashed by OP in front of all his friends, and will refuse to hook-up OP with any deal for the remaining moneys. The irony is that Snowbank was (as previously mentioned) legally in the right, since the "contract" didnt have any refund stipulations. But now that he will likely deny OP any coaching for his remaining 3 hours out of spite, he is in the wrong.

Snowbank has sold 3 more hours of his coaching, and if OP wants someone else to receive the hours, then so be it.
