Maybe and maybe not. There could be other reasons that aren't communicated to an hourly employee. Your low man on the totem pole. Either start you own business or suck it up.

It is not like they are moving offices every month. Suck it up and deal with it in silence. You will look like a jackass if you complain.....unless you have a BETTER reason than what you have stated so far.
