I fired this email off to the vip@party address regardless:

I'm worried about the new client loaded today and meeting my Accelor-8-tor goals.

The bugginess of the rollout seems to be a problem for multitablers and high-volume players, preventing them from playing lots of hands. These are exactly the types of VIPs at which the Accelor-8-tor bonus is aimed, and the high raked hands goals set by this bonus are going to be pretty hard to meet if the software isn't running smoothly in short order.

What sort of consideration will be made to players going for the Accelor-8-tor bonus? Hitting the goal all 8 weeks is obviously of prime importance, so missing one week is crippling. So far the client was down for about 8 (+?) hours today, and the crashing/can't click buttons/booted from tables, etc, isn't helping me get any hands in, either.

Its pretty ridiculous for them to expect those of us with big goals to meet them if their software is down for 24+ hours.
